We know the importance of planning. Each Kiwanis Club is expected to create a plan for the next three years based on the following categories. The Club Recognition Program is also based on these planning principals.
The real strength of our clubs lies in the individual plans we are asking our clubs to create. We know that every club in our District does great work that we are all proud of. We also know that most clubs can often do just a little bit better. Perhaps a little more service, a little more promotion or maybe a little more excitement at their meetings.
This is where our leadership team can help.
Our team of Club Counsellors and Lieutenant Governors will be contacting clubs to discuss the creation of their Club Plan. It is an important exercise, but not one that should take up too much of your time. At the end of the day we will be measured by how well we have worked our plan, not on how good a plan we created.
