Bylaws of the Eastern Canada And Caribbean District

The Bylaws of the Eastern Canada and the Caribbean District identify the territory and composition of the guiding bodies as well as providing the formal authority for the operation of the District. They are approved by both the House of Delegates at a District convention and the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees

Policy & Procedures Manual

Policies and Procedures have been established to provide guidance in the administration of the district. They are established and approved by the Board of Trustees.
