The executive officers are automatically apart of the club's Board of Directors. The elected Club Directors serve for a period of one or two years or until their successors shall be duly elected and qualified.

The club's Board of Directors determine the policies and activities of the club, elect and discipline members, approve the club's budget and all bills, approve all club projects, take counsel with committees and have general management of the club.
