My Kiwanis Moments

This Fall, the Kiwanis Club of Cameron Heights was pleased to sponsor Paulo Ruiz, a student from St. Mary's High School in Kitchener, for the Key Leader Program. This week-end event was held from Nov.16-18 and at our regular club meeting on Dec.4, Paulo was our guest speaker.

What a thrill it was to hear him speak so enthusiastically and confidently about his experiences at the workshop and what it has meant to him personally!

What made the meeting particularly memorable was that LG Peter Tudisco was visiting our club that morning and was therefore able to see, as Site Co-ordinator for the Program, the positive effect this leadership development experience is having on to-day's youth.

It was truly a " Kiwanis Moment" to remember and share.
