The Jim Rowney Y.E.S. Award

“YOUR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE”

This award will be presented at the Niagara Falls E. C. & C. District Convention by Past Governor Jim Rowney & Win.

1. Each Club will be asked to provide a one page outline of an “exceptional service project” by their Lt. Governor.

2. At their Council Meeting, the Lt. Governor with all Presidents and Secretaries in attendance will review each submission. The project receiving the most #1 votes will be submitted as their Division selection. PG Hazel presents award to Betty Willson

3. At the Mid-Winter Board Meeting, each Lt. Governors will advise the Governor of their Division selection.

4. The Governor with the Executive Committee will rate all projects as 1st, 2nd & 3rd based on the number of votes each receives.

5. The Lt. Governors of the 3 winning Y.E.S Awards will be notified. We encourage the Club President/President Designate to be in attendance to receive the award at the District Convention.

6. The Registration Fee will be paid for one Kiwanian from each winning Kiwanis Club attending as a Delegate at the Niagara Falls Convention by Governor Chuck & Dorothy McIlravey.
