My Kiwanis Moment is a no-brainer!Ryan Antonio

It was a beautiful March 2001 night in Georgetown, Exuma where our Division (#22) was holding the spring Division Council meeting. It was a great meeting as one of my Club’s Past Presidents was elected Lieutenant Governor-Elect. Later that night at the celebration party I spied a Distinguished Secretary from one of the sister clubs who I had been “checking out” at a distance from the time I first saw her a year earlier when I joined the organization.. Perhaps it was the moonlight (and help from a friend), but I finally got up the nerve to talk to her! We talked quite a bit that night and seemed to click!

Well I am happy to say seven years later, that lovely DS is my wife of five years and we have a beautiful daughter. Our mutual commitment to Kiwanis has not stopped either! I now serve as President of my club, the Kiwanis Club of Nassau, A.M. and she is President- Elect of her club, the Kiwanis Club of Ft. Montagu!

YOU GOTTA LOVE THIS ORGANIZATION!!!
