Please Note:
There are many ways to book your transportation to Barbados. The District encourages you to discuss your transportation plans with your travel agent or review options on the web from your favourite airline.
However, please keep in mind that the conference center is about 15 minutes away from most of the hotels. The District will be providing bus transportation to the convention center from the official convention hotels only.
If you book a convention hotel through your travel agent or as part of a package the amenities offered by the hotel to the EC&C convention guest may not be available to you. We encourage you to book directly with the hotels on the list and make sure they know you are attending the EC&C Convention.
